The TRUE gingiva version of this fully edentulous mandible combines a polyurethane jaw structure with a silicone soft-tissue covering for integrated implant and oral-surgery training. The tooth-free arch provides space for implant-site preparation and full-arch rehabilitation exercises, while the simulated gingiva allows learners to practise incision, flap elevation, releasing incisions and suturing as part of the same session. The underlying model can be drilled and cut with surgical instruments, supporting demonstrations of osteotomies, implant placement and fixation techniques. This combination is useful when an instructor wants students to consider access through soft tissue alongside the preparation of the supporting jaw structure.
