Mandible with Canines and Left Second Molar

This mandibular model retains the two canines and the left second molar, corresponding to teeth 33, 43 and 37, and includes a simulated mandibular nerve. The remaining teeth provide anatomical landmarks while the intervening edentulous areas create space for implant-positioning and oral-rehabilitation exercises. Made from rigid polyurethane with wax components, the model can be used for drilling, implant-site preparation and surgical cutting in a teaching environment. Its nerve reference is useful when explaining the relationship between the planned implant position and the mandibular canal, while the overall form supports demonstrations of fracture simulation, plate-and-screw fixation and orthognathic cuts. The model articulates with compatible facial models from the same range, including the suggested maxilla OD-120, and forms part of dental model OD-83.
