This frontal skull model combines a severely resorbed, edentulous maxilla with simulated gingiva for practical training in All-on-4® Zygoma techniques. Its anatomical configuration gives instructors and learners a three-dimensional reference for discussing zygomatic anchorage, implant positioning and the challenges of working with limited maxillary bone. The polyurethane structure can be drilled and cut with surgical instruments, while the silicone gingiva allows practice in incision, flap elevation and suturing. These features bring hard-tissue preparation and soft-tissue handling together in one teaching model, making it suitable for advanced implantology courses, maxillofacial workshops and supervised hands-on exercises. An integrated support block allows the model to be secured in a compatible vise, including model MULT-611, so the learner can work with both hands. The model supports procedural demonstration and skills development in a simulated setting; the vise is a separate accessory.
