This partially dentate maxillary model is designed for teaching bone grafting, sinus elevation and implant-supported rehabilitation in defined anatomical sites. It retains teeth 11, 12, 14, 18, 24, 26 and 27, while the region of tooth 13 reproduces a recent extraction with a buccal bone-plate defect. Resorption at sites 21, 22, 23 and 25 provides a separate area for discussing guided bone regeneration and block-graft adaptation. The transverse skull section includes a maxillary sinus with a flexible membrane, an exposed temporomandibular joint and zygomatic, auricular and occipital reference structures. These features help learners connect a localized grafting or implant exercise to the surrounding craniofacial anatomy. The polyurethane structure supports drilling and preparation exercises with surgical instruments, and the sinus configuration permits bilateral sinus-lift training. Suitable for supervised workshops and practical classes, it offers distinct sites for socket-preservation, membrane-handling and rehabilitation-planning demonstrations within one model.
