Built for third-molar extraction and implantology teaching, this premolar model combines partially dentate jaws with simulated gingiva and impacted left third molars at teeth 28 and 38. The impacted teeth are encapsulated and radiopaque, giving the exercise a defined anatomical focus. Both jaws have soft-tissue coverings for incision, flap elevation and suturing practice, while the polyurethane structures can be cut and drilled. Additional features include a flexible maxillary-sinus membrane, a recent-extraction buccal-plate defect at site 13, maxillary resorption at sites 21, 22, 23 and 25, and mandibular extraction scenarios at sites 43 and 32. The set includes the upper and lower model components, an articulated holder and a polyurethane block representing extraoral bone material. Opening, closing and tilting movements support two-handed work during supervised sessions. Its combination of impacted teeth, bone defects and soft tissues makes it suitable for practical courses linking extraction exercises with grafting, implant planning and oral rehabilitation.
