This premolar dental training model combines partially dentate upper and lower jaws with several defined bone-defect and extraction-site scenarios for implantology, bone grafting and pre-prosthetic surgery teaching. The maxilla retains teeth 11, 12, 14, 18, 24, 26 and 27, with a recent-extraction defect at site 13 and resorption at sites 21, 22, 23 and 25. The mandible includes a nerve reference, a recent-extraction bone defect at site 43 and an intact socket at site 32. A flexible maxillary-sinus membrane and surrounding craniofacial landmarks extend its use to sinus-lift and anatomical demonstrations. The four-piece set includes mandible OD-45, maxilla OD-119, an articulated holder and a polyurethane block representing extraoral bone material. It can be drilled and cut for implant-site preparation, graft adaptation and fixation exercises, while the holder allows opening, closing and tilting for two-handed work. The varied sites help instructors build a progressive practical course using one coordinated model.
